Specialising in the sale of 18th. and 19th. century clocks, particularly longcase (grandfather), English fusee wall (school) clocks , and French mantel clocks, together with early and unusual examples of clocksmith work, the emphasis being on originality, quality, and good proportions. Some of our current range of clocks are available to view on this website. All clocks for sale are fully restored mechanically by myself , the cases by a furniture restorer and painted dials by an artist. All restoration is done sympathetically and with great care for the originality of the clock. We also carry out repairs and restorations on customers clocks; estimated costs are given prior to carrying out the work, collection and delivery can be arranged. We aim to complete any work within 8 weeks, depending on complexity. Trained at the world renowned West Dean College and established in 1983, formally working at Ampney Crucis and now based in Dollar Street in the centre of Cirencester, we are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 5pm., or by appointment.
